Fall Activity Inspiration 🍁
Fall Activity Inspiration 🍁
Happy October friends!
Fall is by far my favorite seasons, and October is an absolutely lovely month! I concur with Anne of Green Gables when she said “I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.”
It’s crazy that the months are flying by, and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. So, today’s post is light hearted & hopefully a fun read for you! If you’re struggling to know how to spend these crips fall days, here are some fall activities that will help as you plan your fall agenda!
- Apple Picking 🍎🫶🏼
My youth group just went to an apple orchard near us, and it was a great time! Typically, apple orchards have other activities, so it’s the perfect way to spend a beautiful fall day! There are endless ways to use the apples, and make for another great fall activity.
- Pumpkin Decorate/Carving 🎃
Who doesn’t love decorating or carving pumpkins? Pinterest has amazing ideas to get your creative mind brainstorming for a carving project! Whether you paint or carve your pumpkins; it’s a great way to be artistic, just for fun!
- Make a Fall Themed Joann’s Tie-Not Blanket 🍂
Right now, Joann’s has tie not blanket sets, or you can get the material separately as well. It’s a super easy way to make a blanket, as well as adding a little fall decor!
It’s an activity that kids can even participate in!
While those ideas are a bit more complex, here are some suggestions that are a bit easier to accomplish:
- Take a Walk, enjoy the fall foliage
- Bake Fall Treats
- Have a Bonfire with S’mores
- Try the fall treats at local & chain restaurants
- Take family photos
- Make a fall wreath
- Make a homemade chai tea mix!
Alright friends, that’s my limit to inspiration for today! I hope y’all will try a few of these ideas & make your fall a bit more exciting.
