-Through it All-

When we go through struggles and hard times we need to constantly be reminded that God has not abandoned us. He puts us through things to teach us. Not to harm us but to build us up and strengthen us.

"For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you."

God never wants to hurt us. The reality is that we live in a broken torn world and nothing is perfect so we have to accept that we go through struggles to have victory and to be free. 

In such little time life could be gone. We need to be careful what we do here on Earth because that could hurt our forever. 

When I think of loving God through our sorrows I think of Joni Eareckson Tada.

This lady has undergone so much pain in her life. She was paralyzed at 17 from her waist down and hasn't been able to use her hands since that day because of a tragic accident.

Even through it all she is one of the strongest Christians today. I encourage you to look up her story.

She shows us that through struggles and hard times we can trust and even become stronger Christians.

Instead of questioning why just say ok I know this situation is for a higher purpose and God knows what he is doing.

To be on top of a Mountain to see the view and how beautiful it is you have to climb. 

So we are on a journey everyday that is a struggle and a fight against the devil. But if you submit to Jesus I am not saying it will be easy. I am saying it will be bearable, because you have Jesus on your side.

As Christians we have to trust and know that the Lord your God will not fail you, he will not abandon you. Even when it feels as if the heavens are brass and you can't break through there is hope. God never fails. He never gives up. Look up and see the light at the end of the tunnel. He is there. Just hold on and keep praying. 

Just because something doesn't happen just the way you think it should doesn't mean that God doesn't care about you and your personal needs. It is because that is not his will. That is not his plan. 

NEVER STOP PRAYING!!! 

The thing our world needs is more people who don't give up. Who doesn't lose faith, because God hasn't answered a prayer immediately. 

We need to forget about ourselves and concentrate on him. He is the one who holds tomorrow. There will be a breakthrough. Remember everything goes for a higher purpose. God is the one who deserves all the glory, honor, and praise.

When friends let us down, there is one true friend, Jesus. When we haven't had an answer to prayer, we need to keep praying, be earnest. When all hope seems to be lost, we can find hope in Jesus.

There is a song that really has spoken to me recently and it is called “Alone yet not Alone.” This song displays how we might feel alone physically but Jesus is always with us in spirit.

May me never forget that the presence of God can be with us even if the darkest of times. Someone recently said "we have as much of God as we want". If we lose sight of God things are likely going so start to get bad. When we keep our eyes on Jesus there is nothing we can't do.

Let's keep Jesus in our hearts!!
