In a World of Confusion

Hey, everyone! It’s Kayla back with a point of view!

With the upcoming presidential election, I can’t help but feel uncertain of what the future may hold. I’m sure you feel the same way. 

I’m quickly discovering for myself that politics can divide people. It can divide families, friends...and a nation. 

However, no matter the amount of diversity among our country, God is still on the throne. He is still in control and knows exactly what is best for us. 

Joshua 1:9  Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”

See? He says He will be with us. So no matter who gets voted it as president, it won’t change a thing. 

Ultimately, at the end of the day God still will be here. He’s not leaving. Politicians will promise things, but they are human. What we can count on is God will always keep His promises, and He will never forsake us.
