C-H-O-S-E-N

You have been chosen by an Almighty God. He chose us even before the world began, that we should be holy. "You did not choose me, but I have chosen you." No this doesn't mean He will drag us around on a leash trying to get us to to worship Him. He gave us free will, but that doesn't mean He doesn't desire our love and adoration. He longs for our praise. 

Dare I ask, how often do we shut Him out? How many conversations do we have with others and we don't even mention Him? We want His blessing and favor, yet I'm afraid most of us aren't willing to pay the price.

Not only has he chosen us, but he has called us. To what? 

John 15:16 says "but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit." 

What does it mean to bear fruit exactly? Bearing fruit is simply being effective for Christ. 

Your spiritual life can easily be determined by the fruit you bear. Your attitude is vital to your spirituality. The things you listen to, the people you hang out with, all of these things will influence that comes from your life. Everything that you do will either shape your life for the better or for the worse.

Knowing Jesus, spending time in His word & prayer, the sweeter your fruit will be. Abide in Christ, for He has chosen you to be His mouthpiece. Let everything that you do be done to the glory of God.
