Babysitting 101: Snack Time


Hey everybody, this is Miranda! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve been busy ( and a little bit lazy ) However, on another note this post is going to be about snacks you can give kids. You definitely don’t want to give them anything with a lot of added sweeteners or high in sodium ( basically avoid all the bad stuff )

Below are some options:
* Raisins
* Granola bars
* Applesauce ( make sure you bring a spoon and napkins )
* Crackers
* Cheese sticks
* Apples with peanut-butter ( or with out )
* Dry cereal
* Bananas ( and other fruits ) 
* Nuts 

Make sure you talk to the parents about the food they want their kid(s) to eat. It is definitely important to coordinate with the parents when your doing anything with the kids. Be sure to keep in mind if the kids have any food allergies. Hope this was helpful!
